The Wisconsin Highway Research Program was established in 1998 by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to conduct research on highway materials and construction methods. WHRP is administered by the UW-Madison Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Recent issues of WHRP E-News can be accessed at the links below.
